Steps:
Step 1: Place the elevated surface (Bench, Pylo box etc) below the TRX Straps. Adjust the straps if needed.
Step 2: Hold onto the TRX in both hands, place one of your feet on the elevated surface. Focus your weight onto the foot that is on the surface. Make sure to keep your chest up and shoulders back.
Step 3: When you step up to the box with the other foot, use your arms holding onto the TRX straps to help pull yourself up.
Step 4: Step back down on one foot (use the one that you only just put up) while the other remains on the platform. Aim for a slow step down to maximise the effect of the exercise.
Step 5: Repeat the process nine more times before switching the feet position to the other foot rested on the surface.
