TRX overhead squat is an excellent exercise for working out your entire body. This movement engages your body with a cohesive moment to allow a beginning to TRX squats.

Step 1: Extend out the TRX straps. These straps should be expanded out to the full length to allow room for you to move.

 

Step 2: Grab the TRX handles and lean slightly back from your standing position. It should look like the straps are above your head with your arms extended holding them.

 

Step 3: Lower yourself into a squat position. Your arms should remain up holding onto the straps. Don’t let your back lower but instead keep it upright

 

Step 4: Push your feet down to give yourself the momentum to return to the standing position.
