FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

What does TRX stand for?

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise

It was invented by a Navy Seal Randy Hetrick who wanted to keep himself and his team in peak physical condition while being deployed overseas. This was challenging as he often found himself in small areas with very little room to move and so the TRX was born.

What is a TRX workout?

A TRX workout is a dynamic workout that uses the weight of you own body and gravity to provide resistance. Almost all movements with the TRX require the use of your total body as well as engaging your core in demanding movements.

Can you build muscle with the TRX?

Yes you will gain muscle working with the TRX. Training with a suspension trainer will challenge your body and break muscle fibers, your body will then regrow more muscle fibers to compensate. In addition to growing new muscle fibers you will also gain more join stability which means your muscles are more likely to grow larger over time.

How to install the TRX at home

The TRX has all of your installation needs covered with an indoor and outdoor solution coming in the box. The TRX door anchor will work perfectly on a solid door and takes seconds to set up. If you are outside use a tree branch or any sturdy overhead beam to hang the TRX with the included suspension anchor.
